Entry Level Hire Program

Seva Technologies, LLC is proud to announce its development of the Entry Level Hire Program (ELHP) for individuals who have the skills but may lack the experience necessary for us to place them in a full time position.

Qualified candidates are interviewed with the knowledge that they are applying to the ELHP. If an offer is presented, transition to fulltime employment is contingent on their completion of certification training and passing* the appropriate certification test applicable to position specifications.

Once a candidate has successfully passed the certification test, the will be placed into a position where they will work with at least two senior employees to gain experience necessary to excel in the field.

Because we invest heavily in entry level hires, we require that these individuals remain in our employment for a period of no fewer than six months from their certification test passing date or they will be required to reimburse the company for the training and test costs.

Qualifications for applying to this program include:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university. Relevant fields include but are not limited to Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science and Information Studies. (Degree must be awarded within six months of your application to this program.)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Preferences will be given to applicants who:

  • Are proactive and can demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Have participated in at least one internship in the information technology field.
  • Are involved in the community through school/professional associations and charitable organizations.

If you are interested in this program or would like more information, please contact Stephen Harrison, Vice President of Human Resources via email at humanresources@sevatechnologies.com or by calling (850) 391-4832 ext. 302.

*Seva Technologies, LLC will cover the costs of training courses and certification tests if a candidate successfully passes. If the candidate fails, they will be required to pay for the certification test only.
